Our Process

Rest easy...finally a company who tells it straight forward, no suprises! We follow a fairly simple process that keeps you involved in your project.

 

Once the initial consultation has been completed you will be provided with a detailed quote based on the information gathered from the consultation. You will pay only the amount you receive on this quote unless changes are made to the project specifciation. These changes will estimated based on an hourly rate for your approval before addition to the project specification. Once we finalize the estimate details we request you to put down 35% of the project up front to get the project started.

 

This is where the creative juices start flowing. We will begin to structure and visually design your project based on our notes, industry standards and proper guidelines. We use our online collaboration portal to keep you in the loop. Our portal will allow you to comment on designs, make suggestions and manage your digital assets for this project.

 

Once we have approval on all of the visual elements of the project we then will move onto development. Development will consist of creating the necessary programming and pages that will exist in your application or website. At this point all content and/or data must be sumbitted to the collaboration portal to prevent delays in the project.

 

Here we will be done with the development elements of your project. We will begin doing usability testing on your application or website to conform with the requirements of the contract and industry standards. Once approval of the project is completed by using our collaboration portal, the final balance on the contract is due. Once we are all square the project will go live.

 

The most important step of all, the "fresh" step. We will work closely with you to make sure you keep your project updated as needed. We will also provide you with analytics and visitor reports to show the results of your new project. Optionally we will begin planning your online advertising strategy should you need to market your website online.
