Refund Policy

Our hosted services are offered on a monthly, quarterly, biannually or annual rate. Once your account has been charged for your hosting plan no refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy

All accounts require a minimum 15-day cancellation notice be given prior to your next billing date. If you cancel your account with less than 15-days notice, your account will be automatically charged for the next term of your service (monthly, annually etc) and no refunds will be given. There is no termination fee for closing your account. If you choose to close your account, you will still be responsible for any charges already incurred such as bandwidth overages etc.

Payment Methods

We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard payments. Your account will be automatically charged on the renewal date of service unless notified per our Cancellation Policy.
